With ExecNet Properties, you decide how long you stay. After satisfying your initial contracted term, you may extend your stay as long as you need. Your stay will be pro-rated in and pro-rated out, you’ll only pay for the nights you need them.

Within the industry, corporate apartments in the Denver Metro area range from $65 to $135 per night. ExecNet does offer special rates on various apartments depending on the time of year, length of stay and location you require. Definitely, based on seasonal availability, we may be able to accommodate shorter stays at slightly higher daily rate. Stays under 30 days will have to be charged the applicable hotel tax for that area.
9. How many people will an apartment hold?
Each property is bound by state rules governing the number of individuals that are allowed in a given apartment. In the Denver Metro area, three individuals are permitted in a one-bedroom, five individuals in a two-bedroom and no more than six individuals are permitted to reside within a three-bedroom apartment home.
10. Are pets allowed?
Pets are welcome as most of our apartment communities are dog and cat friendly. Certain breed restrictions apply at most communities.
